After a few large HVAC companies told me my system was irreparable and tried to sell me new HVACs or wanted a fortune for repair, I contacted Mr. Brooks who sealed the leak and charged the AC at a fraction of what other’s wanted, no muss no fuss. He kept these old machines working for years and subsequently installed two new systems. He’s skilled, honest, knowledgable and personable. I wouldn’t trust this work to anyone else.

I called Bill at 8AM – by 11:30AM he arrived at the house and diagnosed the problem. He had the substitute part on his truck and made the repair on the spot. Smart, fast and frugal. He’s your guy. I told him he could give my name for referrals.

While in a very hot period, our AC quit. This was during Covid and AC’s were scarce. They found one very quickly and installed a heat pump and a new air handler very quickly. I also use them on AC issues at my work.

Also installed new American standard system. Excellent workmanship, technical skills.

My wife and I have used Brooksaire/Bill Brooks for several years for all of our servicing needs for our heating & air, as well as water heater maintenance.
